Sad men who beat up girls while exploiting white privilege, proud of what?

Angry, mostly white protesters flooded the area around the Oregon state capital Saturday for an anti-immigration protest. Many are from a gang called “Proud Boys”. Before it was over, one person opposing the group’s Trump inspired hate tactics; a man standing alone in opposition to the rally, was physically contacted by a Proud Boys member. The anti-fascist ejected the proud boy from his space, then others brought me to the ground, and stomped my hands as I tried to recover the lone opposition activist’s camera. Oregon State Police and Salem officers separated everyone in the scuffle and restored calm.

These gang members that boast of being “proud” have a propensity to hit women and girls at rallies and then they upload the video with pride, claiming to have “knocked out” ANTIFA members. I learned as a young boy that men who strike women are cowards, not men at all.

As the Southern Poverty Law Center explains, “Established in the midst of the 2016 presidential election by VICE Media co-founder Gavin McInnes, the Proud Boys are self-described “western chauvinists” who adamantly deny any connection to the racist “alt-right,” insisting they are simply a fraternal group spreading an “anti-political correctness” and “anti-white guilt” agenda.

They are the arch rival of ANTIFA, the anti-fascist group known for wearing masks to cover their faces. (In reality, one of thousands of groups of people who wear masks, including Proud Boys.) ANTIFA became a targeted enemy of this gang as they oppose fascism and racism.

And let’s just cut to the chase about Trump and racism: from little Hispanic children in cages along our border, to banning citizens of certain nations the right to travel to the US, to his disrespect for fallen Muslim American soldiers, to his extremely racist rental practices at Trump properties in the 1970’s, Donald Trump is a died-in-the-wool racist.

Of course there are people of color that he appears to like, including the ultra moron Kanye West, who believes slavery was “a choice” African-Americans made. All racist leaders know they have to deny racism, duh, I mean Hitler, who thought all people who weren’t Aryan, should die in concentration camps, was a friend of the Japanese. And just to reinforce the bizarre connections relating to this gang called Proud Boys, some wear Japanese flag scarves which gives them the strange appearance of a kamikaze pilot. Japan was extremely fascist during WWII and they were cultivated to revere emperor worship that is startlingly similar to the way North Koreans worship their national leader.

What a thing to emulate.

Fascists and Anti-Fascists

It’s important to bear in mind that fascists took political control of several European countries during the 1930’s. They were the enemies of Great Britain, the US, Soviets and other allies. Anti-fascist resistance fighters saved downed western pilots and waged their battles against the Nazi’s and fascists from the mountains. They are best represented by the WWII resistance song, Bella Caio. They opposed Germany’s Adolph Hitler, a genocidal fascist Nazi, Italy’s Benito Mussolini, a hardcore fascist, and Francisco Franco, the fascist, murderous leader of Spain during this period.

Fascists are antidemocratic.

Like Donald Trump, they lash out at free press.

Like Trump they use their power to exploit and control others.

People living under fascism have no say in political affairs, those who dissent are typically locked up as political prisoners or murdered. According to Henry Ashby Turner’s Reappraisals of Fascism. New Viewpoints, 1975, Fascism is a form of radical authoritarian ultranationalism, characterized by dictatorial power. Fascists have typically described their political ambitions and placement as right-wing.

ANTIFA’s origins are with the resistance fighters of Europe who bravely and famously helped the Western nations and Russia defeat Nazi Germany, and simultaneously gut and annihilate the fascist governments allied with Hitler.

I can’t speak about their “crimes,” it is said that ANTIFA protesters have damaged public property, that may be true, but the people I know associated with ANTIFA are simply activists who know that good people do not remain silent in the face of movements that embrace racism and fascism. There are far too many examples of Proud Boys associating with racial extremists… they can never deny it. Like their leader, Trump, they can only lie and deny. By the way, Anarchists are the people who destroy property. The Proud Boys claim to be defensive of public property crimes, but it seems that is a cover, a diversion that allows them to justify their violence toward ANTIFA.

They are a Trump-inspired, self-proclaimed “Western Chauvinist” gang that demands its prospects attack an ANTIFA member as part of their initiation. It is all part of a violent culture war that has been raging across America since Trump, a man with deep and direct ties to racism, essentially began encouraging their behavior.

The “Proud Boys,” who display a chicken as their official logo, have a strange, bizarre set of rituals. Some wear these little tiny bullet proof vest type things that look like they are made for small children.

They base their very name on a song from Disney’s Aladdin cartoon, which is in itself comically ironic, as the group’s claims include being anti-Muslim.

Violent Initiation

The Daily Dot explains that the Proud Boy gang decree and initiation also involves breakfast cereal. Yeah, it just gets weirder… Prospective members must publicly declare that they are a proud boy, and then while being beaten up by other members, they’re required to name 5 kinds of breakfast cereal. This decree also includes a vow to stop masturbating, getting a proud boy tattoo, and “engaging in physical violence with an ANTIFA member.”

What kind of men are going to discuss their sexuality while demanding the end of masturbation over breakfast cereal?

WTF?

The group’s Facebook page had a link to a story declaring that Trump has a 10” penis. Their fascination with Trump, the President who has lied publicly more than 5,000 times since entering office, is perhaps the only aspect of that story that is, in reality, enormous.

Urban Dictionary describes Proud Boys as, “Masculinity’s weak stomach vomiting up its own digestive bacteria and manifesting itself as counterfeit fortitude”

This gang’s tactics are so over the line that Twitter suspended their account, calling Proud Boys “Violent Extremists”.

I would bet that in the future, these guys will go to great effort to distance themselves from this “movement.” On one hand I understand the need to belong, but these gang members want to emulate the military, with their fake bullet proof vests and their idiotic founder Gavin McInnes’s message of violence. Like other gang members where I grew up, in a very tough, gang-infested neighborhood of LA, these are pack mentality animals, they need numbers to generate their brand of bravery. The first time I saw video of a Proud Boy punching a small girl at a rally in Portland, I knew I was looking at evil personified, another element of the ‘Merican Taliban coming to a neighborhood near you.
